How to Photograph a Croissant?

Using the photo stage provided at the basement level in the MSD Building, I managed to take pictures of my croissant. I adjusted the lighting to eliminate as much shadows as possible in the background. Initially, the long elevation of my croissant was taken at an angle. In order to fix my problem, I retook my photo while ensuring that I took it on the same level as the croissant. I learned the importance of key and fill lights as well as keeping the camera on the same level as the object when taking photographs to ensure minimal shadows.
